Josh is a researcher within University of Bristol’s Interaction Group (BIG) where he is currently developing technologies to print compostable 3D prints using acoustic levitation. Josh trained as an engineer and has a wide skill set in social enterprise, citizen science, experiment design, public engagement, communication as well as hardware and software design. His research focus is in applying novel technologies to improve the environmental sustainability of society.

Jameson has a passion for art, design and engineering and has approximately 3 years acoustic consultancy experience at Stantec UK. Jameson has a strong interest in soundscape design for urban areas and plays the guitar.

Resident of the Watershed's Pervasive Media Studio and lecturer in Human-Computer Interaction in the University of Bristol's department of Computer Science. His research is centred around tangible interfaces, playful interaction and musical systems.

From the un-heard mudskipper vocalisation sounds in Malaysia and beyond, I record and manipulate found sounds particularly natural soundscape and collaborate with instrumentalist to produce new orphic electroacoustic and sound installation works.

Kathy Hinde’s work grows from a partnership between nature and technology expressed through audio-visual installations and performances that combine sound, sculpture, image and light. Drawing on inspiration from behaviours and phenomena found in the natural world, she creates work that is generative; that evolves; that can be different each time it is experienced. Kathy aims to create work that gives rise to a poetic and reflective experience that enriches an appreciation of the everyday, inviting a heightened awareness of the world around us.

Dan is a composer, musical instrument builder and sound artist, currently using cymatics to explore underwater noise pollution and its impact on marine life.

Dave Meckin is a musician, sound designer and researcher whose fascination is how new technologies can transform musical experiences. His work spans audio production and software system programming as well as hardware design and manufacture, all with an end to creating engaging and responsive sonic environments.
